MISTER KENYA - TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Eligibility: Applicants must be Kenyan citizens aged 18-35 and holder of a valid ID or passport. Exceptions may be considered under special cases.

Selection: Submission of this application does not guarantee selection. Finalists will be shortlisted based on merit, authenticity of responses and commitment to the pageant's goals and values.

Authenticity: All information and submissions must be original and truthful. Misrepresentation may lead to disqualification.

Conduct: Delegates are expected to uphold high moral and ethical standards throughout their participation. Any misconduct may result in dismissal.

Use of Media: By applying, you consent to the use of your images, name and biography for marketing and promotional purposes by Mister Kenya.

Portfolio and Photos: All media submitted becomes part of the pageant archives and may be used in promotional content. Proper credit will be given.

Travel and Participation: Delegates must be available for preparatory events, mentorship, rehearsals and the grand finale. Contestants are responsible for their own incidental costs.

Non-Refundable: Registration fee of Kshs. 2,000 per delegate payable to Ubuntu Synergies Limited the franchise owner (Paybill No.: 522522 Account: 7983798) upon filling the form, fee is non-refundable. A further Kshs. 8,000 is payable by delegates who are selected after auditions for the boot-camp.

Intellectual Property: Any creative concept presented as part of the advocacy platform or talent remains the intellectual property of the delegate but may be co-branded for awareness and implementation.

Final Decision: The decision of the judges and organizing committee is final and binding.
